Trackside Applicators
The MC-3®, MC-4® and MC-4XL® (extended length) are no-grind types designed to perform with all Portec Rail Products, Inc. and competitive brand mechanical, electric and hydraulic wayside lubrication systems. They deliver a stable, tight fit, excellent blade contact on the railhead and efficient grease distribution and wheel coverage. Individually, each wiping bar possesses unique design features, but all three types provide outstanding, even grease flow and eliminate grease stagnation because they share our field proven, patented grease port design, patented streamlined grease channels with patented Teflon® coating and wear-resistant distribution blade with V-grooves. Designed to fit a wide range of rail sizes, each easily mounts to worn rail, and the mounting designs permit easy removal for maintenance.
