Rail Joint XpressSM can ship Portec Poly-Insulated® and ComPly™ bolted, insulated style joints from our factory in only 3-5 working days after receipt and acknowledgment of your order on stock sizes* with AREA drilling patterns and only 10 working days for special rail drillings.

Our micro-alloy steel bar core has exceptional strength, providing the fatigue resistance to withstand punishing loads and curve forces. Excellent electrical integrity is derived from a highly durable polyurethane coating that resists moisture and excessive temperature. Portec Poly-Insulated® rail joints are supplied with steel-lined bushings and ComPly™ end post.

ComPly™ Rail Joints
Suited to match any rail size. Ideal for freight service, transit systems, tourist railroads and amusement parks. Continuous non-woven glass filaments provide optimum  strength, stiffness and fatigue resistance. The electrical grade epoxy resin and glass fibers provide the ultimate in electrical insulation properties and are unaffected by water, snow, ice, humidity and temperature extremes.
The Portec Rail Joint XpressSM  will keep your project on schedule.
  • All Portec Rail Products, Inc. stock rail joints are 36" long. They are supplied with 3/8" thick ComPly™ end post, 1" oval neck A-490 track bolts, lock washers, square nuts and 3M Scotch-grip® fastener adhesive to provide resistance to loosening
  • AREA drilling patterns with typical spike application 
  • Other rail sizes and drilling patterns available upon request (may not be available for short delivery) 
  • Quantity of joints per order may be subjected to limitations 
  • Toeless style joints that provide direct fixation clip clearance have limited availability
