| Grease that collects around rail-mounted applicators at lubrication sites is not only an environmental concern but also a nuisance to those responsible for the maintenance of these applicators. Grease accumulation is more concentrated at the rail-mounted applicators than anywhere else at the site.
In order to keep sites cleaner and safer Portec Rail has developed the CATCH-ALL MatMate™ - Grease Bartender™ to facilitate easy collection and disposal of excess grease around applicators. The MatMate™ fits standard and extended length applicator bars and is disposable as well as light weight. In addition to improving safety and "housekeeping" at lubrication sites the MatMate™ - Grease Bartender™ may enhance the life of CATCH-ALL™ Trackmats in applications where the common practice is to remove heavily soiled mats. |
